Duties and Responsibilities

Handling case files before the WBAT, the High Court at Calcutta, Consumer Forums and other courts.
Preparing Affidavits in Opposition and Grounds of Appeal based on factual statements from administrative branches.
Holding conferences with Advocates and liaising with administrative branches.

Service Conditions

Initial engagement is on a contractual basis for a term of six months, subject to extension based on satisfactory performance.
Engagement can be terminated by either side with one month's notice.
