Professional degree or diploma in psychology, psychiatry, or neuroscience with health sector background and at least 3 years of district-level project experience

Appointments are made on a consolidated service fee for an initial period of 2 years, which may be extended annually based on performance and requirements.
No other salary or allowance is payable beyond the fixed consolidated service fee, except for eligible traveling allowances during official tours.
Relaxation in age limit is applicable as per instructions issued by the General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh, up to a maximum upper age limit of 45 years.
