Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law or related discipline with at least ten years of teaching or research experience, ten peer-reviewed publications, and adherence to Bar Council of India regulations.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a minimum of 55 percent marks along with a passing score in National Eligibility Test, State Eligibility Test, or State Level Eligibility Test, or an equivalent Ph.D. exemption.
