Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) or equivalent degree, OR Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Engineering (ME), or Master of Technology (M.Tech) with 3 years of research, teaching, or design and development experience along with at least one publication in a Science Citation Indexed journal.
